Variety description
Round to oval beetroot with a crown which is set back delicately. Because of its attractive shape, smooth skin, fine foliage and the fast development, it is specially suited for selling fresh in bunches as well for Baby Leaf production. Good keeping qualities. Mild in flavour; good for use in salad.

This variety is a newly bred, organic variety. It was cultivated under organic conditions from the start, so that it is optimally adapted to organic cultivation. Varieties that carry the bioverita label are reproducible because they are open pollinated. They offer commercial gardeners an alternative to hybrid seed.
