Variety description

Primera is an early parsnip (145 days) with light-colored flesh and an elegant shape. It is medium to long in length and rapid juvenile development means that it can be harvested from the end of August.

This variety is a newly bred, organic variety. It was cultivated under organic conditions from the start, so that it is optimally adapted to organic cultivation.
