Variety description

Rokero is a medium-tall Brussels sprouts with bright, dark red leaves. Produces round-oval, rather small, firm sprouts. Good standing ability. Mid-late development time of about 170 days. Excellent, aromatic flavor.

Additional information

This variety is a newly bred, organic variety. It was cultivated under biodynamic conditions from the start, so that it is optimally adapted to organic cultivation. Varieties that carry the bioverita label are reproducible because they are open pollinated. They offer commercial gardeners an alternative to hybrid seed.
